You can find us at Shop 109 on the first floor over in Phase 1 of Hinjawadi. It’s a busy part of the city, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to their offices. Our shop is nestled among many others in the complex. We have a small front area where we talk to people and a back room where we keep our tools and supplies. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people are in here at once. We spend a lot of time looking at screens or fixing things that people bring in. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like the challenge of figuring out a problem. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet. The stairs to the first floor are a bit steep, so we always tell people to watch their step. There’s a good sandwich shop downstairs where we usually get our lunch. We know the other shop owners on this floor, and we often borrow things like tape or staplers from each other. It’s a good community to be a part of. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find us because someone told them we were here. We just try to do a solid job every day. The hallway light has been flickering lately.
