Gaurav Chiken Center

We've been here at Pimple Gurav near the New Cloth Market for quite a few years now. Most people around the area know the spot because it's right where the market gets busy. We started Gaurav Chiken Center just to provide fresh meat to the families living around here. It isn't a fancy place or anything. It's just a shop with some counters and the usual equipment needed to keep things clean. We get our stock early every morning before the sun really gets hot. My brother and I usually open up and start getting everything ready for the day's customers. Sometimes the line gets a bit long on Sundays when everyone wants to make a special lunch at home. We try to work fast but we don't rush the cleaning part because that's important. It gets noisy with the traffic outside and the people shopping for clothes nearby. There's always something happening in this part of town. We just stick to what we know, which is handling chicken and making sure people get what they asked for. If you walk past the cloth stalls, you'll see us tucked away there. We don't do much advertising. People just find us by word of mouth or by walking through the market. It's been a steady way of living for us. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we're still right here in the same spot.
