You’ll find Fori Automation over at Plot Number 170 in Sector 7 of the PCNTDA part of the Bhosari Industrial Area. It’s a big industrial zone, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our daily routine involves a lot of automation projects and mechanical work. The shop floor is usually where the action is, with machines being put together or tested. It’s noisy and smells like oil and metal most days. We don't have a big fancy front office; we mostly just have the space we need to get the machines built. The team is a mix of older guys who know everything and some younger ones learning the ropes. We don't go in for big corporate speeches. We just look at the problems our clients have with their assembly lines and try to fix them. Sometimes the designs take longer than we thought, and we end up staying late. The PCNTDA area is pretty organized as far as industrial zones go, but it’s still a lot of dust and trucks. We usually have lunch together in the small break area. It’s not a place for people who like quiet office jobs. We like the hands-on nature of the work. If you’re looking for us, look for the big gate on Plot 170. We’re usually busy with something or other, but that's just the way we like it. We just keep building until the machines work right.
