You can find us in Pune at the Rohan Ishita building, which is in the Koregaon Park Annexe. We are up on the seventh floor in unit A 701. It’s a decent spot to work from. Consulting is what we do, so our day is mostly filled with reading reports and looking at spreadsheets. It’s a lot of mental work rather than physical, unlike some of the other businesses in the city. The office is pretty quiet, which helps when you need to concentrate on the facts we are analyzing. Koregaon Park Annexe is a bit more relaxed than the city center, and there are some nice trees around the building. We are a small team, so it’s not like those giant offices where nobody knows each other's names. We all sit fairly close together and talk through whatever problems we are trying to solve for our clients. Sometimes we go out for lunch in the local area, but often we just eat at our desks while we finish up some work. We don't have a strict dress code or anything like that. We just want to get the job done properly. The office has a few plants that we sometimes forget to water, and plenty of coffee mugs lying around. It feels like a real workplace, not something out of a brochure. We just try to provide sensible advice based on the data we have. That’s about it for us.
