Ethos India

Our office for Ethos India is in Flat No 5 at Surabhi Apartment. It's tucked away near Amruta Apartment in the Kaustubh Housing Society. If you know the Hingne Khurd area on Sinhagad Road in Pune, you know it can get pretty packed with cars. Getting to work takes a bit longer than I’d like some days because of the traffic near the bridge. We’ve been in this flat for a while now. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main road, which is nice when you’re trying to think. It’s not like those big glass towers you see in the IT parks, it’s more of a homey office where everyone knows each other. We sit around the desks, drink some chai, and handle the day's tasks. Usually, we are busy with emails or looking over documents. Pune is a great city, though it's grown so much lately. Our neighbors in the housing society are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. The balcony overlooks the society garden, which is a nice break for the eyes. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Just a door with a small nameplate. It works for us. We've got our computers set up and enough space for everyone to do their bit. It's a practical way to run a business without too much fuss or extra cost. We just get things done. Most of the team is local and we enjoy the area around here.
