Our office is tucked away in the Bramha Estate on Kondhwa Road. If you go to Plot C-1 and look for office 204/205, that’s where we handle things for Escorts Construction Equip. It’s a busy part of Kondhwa, and there’s always a lot of traffic outside, but it’s a good spot for us. We aren't out there digging holes ourselves, but we deal with the machinery that does. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or dealing with spare parts and service schedules. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve got a small team here in the office, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or designer furniture. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all day, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some paperwork finished. People come to us because they need their equipment to keep running, and we do our part to help with that. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, even if the road noise is a bit much. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us.
