Epiroc Mining India Limited

Epiroc Mining India Limited has its office on the 14th Floor of Tower 1 at Fountainhead, which is part of the Phoenix Market City complex in Viman Nagar. Being way up on the 14th floor, we get a pretty good view of the Nagar Road traffic, which is usually backed up. It is a modern building, very different from the smaller shops in the industrial estates. Even though we are a big company, the people working here are just regular folks trying to get through the day. We deal with mining and infrastructure equipment, but most of our time in this specific office is spent on phones, computers, and in meetings. The mall is right there, so lunch options are plenty, though many of us just bring tiffin from home. It can feel a bit corporate because of the glass windows and the elevators, but inside our unit, we just talk normally and try to solve problems as they come up. We do not use a lot of big words or mission statements when we are just talking among ourselves. The office is clean and has good air conditioning, which is a relief during the Pune summers. It takes a while to get through security and up the elevators every morning, but once you are at your desk, it is just another day of work. We handle a lot of coordination for projects happening all over the country from this one spot in Viman Nagar. It is a busy, high-up place to be.
