Start with the location. It's W-242 in the J Block over at MIDC Bhosari. If you know the area, it's pretty industrial and busy. We mostly spend our days dealing with cutting tools. It's a lot of metal work and precision stuff. We started out small years ago and just kept going. The machines we use are pretty heavy duty. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty in the shop, but that’s just how it is when you’re grinding metal all day long. We make sure the tools are sharp before they leave. People around here know us for just getting the work done without too much fuss. It’s not a fancy office or anything. We have a small team, mostly guys who have been doing this for years. They know the sounds the machines make when something isn't right. We don't really do much advertising. Most people just find us because they need something specific for their own machines. We keep a stock of the usual stuff, but a lot of what we do is just filling orders as they come in. Bhosari is a good spot for this kind of work because everything else you need is right around the corner. We try to keep things simple. If a tool isn't cutting right, we fix it or make a new one. That's pretty much the daily routine here at Accusharp. We show up, turn on the lights, and get to work on whatever is on the bench.
