The place where we work is at SR 49, Plot 17, Flat 4 in Erandawna. Erandawna is one of those old-school parts of Pune that still has a lot of character. Our office is in a small building that isn't very easy to spot if you are driving too fast. It’s a simple flat where we do all our education-related work. We have a few chairs and a big table where we sit and talk about our projects. There isn't any fancy decor on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes scribbled on a whiteboard. We like it this way because it’s quiet and we can actually get things done without too much distraction. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but mostly it's just the sound of the neighborhood. We don't have a secretary or anyone to open the door; usually, one of us just gets up and lets you in. We started this because we saw a need for more straightforward education services in the area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune. We just want to do our work and help the people who come to us. Most of our day is spent reading or typing away on our laptops. If you drop by, you might find us having a quick lunch at the table or arguing over a specific detail in a curriculum. It’s just a normal, everyday office with people who care about what they are doing.
