We started this place in Kothrud because we saw a real need for more learning spots around here. It is not a fancy building with glass walls, just a regular place where students can come and put their heads down to study. There are plenty of big coaching centers in Pune, but we wanted to stay small and local for the neighborhood kids. It gets pretty busy during the late afternoons when schools let out. Sometimes the traffic noise from the main road is a bit loud, but the rooms inside stay quiet enough if you shut the windows tight. We spend a lot of our time making sure the desks are tidy and there is enough light for everyone to see their notes properly. Most of our day is spent helping people figure out their schedules or find the right books for their exams. It is a lot of paperwork and checking lists, to be honest. But seeing a student pass a tough test makes the long hours feel okay. We have been at this for a while now. The water cooler in the corner is older than some of the students, but it still works fine. We do not have a big corporate staff, just a few of us who know the area well and care about the results. People often walk in from the nearby shops just to ask a quick question. We try to keep things very simple here. No big speeches or complicated rules. Just a place to study.
