Out in Dudulgaon, Pune, specifically at Gut No. 162, you'll find us. We are in the Amulyam building, Wing C, on the 9th floor, Flat 901. We’re right behind the Darbar Hotel, which is usually the landmark people use to find us. Ekalavya Institute Of Training Llp isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who set up shop here to help people with their training needs. Being on the 9th floor gives us a bit of peace from the road traffic. We chose this spot in Pune because it's growing, but it's not as cramped as the city center. Our office is set up simply. We’ve got the equipment we need and enough chairs for the folks who come to learn. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but that doesn’t happen too often. We spend our days going through training modules and talking to students about their goals. We don't use fancy talk or try to sell people on things they don't need. If someone needs training, they come to us, and we sit down and get it done. It’s a very straightforward way of running things. We like the local vibe here in Dudulgaon. There’s a sense of community, and being near the hotel means there’s always somewhere to grab a quick meal. We're just regular people trying to provide a useful service in our corner of Maharashtra. We don't have fancy slogans, we just work.
