We’ve been based out of Pimpri for quite some time now, specifically right near the Tata Motors material gate. Being in the Welcome Shopping Centre at unit 29/1 means we see a lot of the daily bustle of the industrial area. It’s not a fancy office, but it works for what we do with E I systems. Most of our days are spent dealing with technical drawings or talking to people coming through the gate. It gets pretty loud outside with the heavy trucks moving in and out, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team is small, just a handful of us who know the ins and outs of the equipment we handle. We don’t really go in for big speeches or polished presentations. Usually, someone is just sitting at a desk with a cup of tea trying to figure out a technical snag. We’ve kept things running this way because it feels more direct. People know where to find us if they need something fixed or looked at. It’s a practical setup, really. We just show up, do the work, and make sure things are sorted before heading home. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs, which keeps us moving. It’s just a normal workplace where we focus on getting the systems right without making a big fuss about it.
