Our place is over at A-5, Citi Haven in New Panvel. It is a busy area, but once you get inside the building, things quiet down a bit for the students to focus. We’ve been running this management institute for a while now, focusing on getting people ready for real jobs in the business world. It’s not just about books here; we spend a lot of time talking about how things actually work in offices around Maharastra. The staff here is mostly local, so we understand what the students are looking for when they sign up for a course. We have classrooms that get a lot of use and a small area where people can sit and talk through their projects or share a quick snack. Panvel is growing fast, and we see that every day with the new faces coming through the door from all over the district. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, especially when it is hot outside, but most people find us okay. We don't go for flashy ads or big promises, we just try to teach the basics and some advanced stuff too. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the scheduling gets a bit messy during exam season, but we always figure it out together. It’s a learning environment, so we try to keep things relaxed but professional enough to get the work done. Everyone here is pretty grounded. We just want to see the local kids and the ones coming from further away get a decent start in their careers without too much fuss.
