Dwi-Kaushalya Academy Private Limited is located at H 18/878 in the Nisarg Co-Op. Housing Society. We are in Gokhale Nagar, specifically around the 99/99 area. It’s more of a community-based setting than a cold business park. Our office is basically part of the housing society, so it feels very much like a local neighborhood spot. We’ve been here for some time now, just managing our daily tasks and keeping things ticking over. It’s not a fancy glass-and-steel building, but it’s comfortable and it works for us. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate layers. If someone has a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. We keep our overheads low so we can just focus on the actual work. Sometimes the kids are playing outside or neighbors are chatting, which gives the place a nice, lived-in feel. We don't write big reports about "company culture" because we just live it every day. It’s a simple life here in Gokhale Nagar. We show up, do what we need to do, and look after each other. We aren't looking to change the world, just to do our jobs well and be fair to everyone we deal with. It’s a humble setup, and we’re quite alright with that. We usually just have the fans going and get on with the business of the day.
