Dr. Khatavkar Clinic

This clinic on Tilak Road has been around for some time. We aren't a big hospital, just a regular clinic where Dr. Khatavkar sees people from the neighborhood. It’s pretty simple inside. We’ve got some basic chairs for waiting and the doctor’s small room. Tilak Road gets quite noisy with all the traffic and horns, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer. We see all sorts of people every day. Some just have a minor cough, others need more help with long-term issues. It’s a bit of a routine for us. We open up in the morning, sweep the front step, and get ready for whoever shows up. We don't have a big team of receptionists or anything fancy. Usually, it's just one or two of us helping out with the files. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the medical equipment works fine and that's what really matters. People know us by word of mouth mostly. We don’t do any advertising or social media. It feels more like a community spot than a business. Dr. Khatavkar is usually busy, but he tries to talk to everyone who comes in. We see kids, old folks, and everyone in between. Tilak Road is a good place to be because it's central and people pass by it all day. You don't need a map to find us if you live around here. We just try to keep things moving and help out where we can. It’s a plain, honest place to get checked out.
