Dr Jamana Pais Blush Clinic is tucked away behind Jagganath Society at Riverside Villas. Boat Club Road is a nice, quiet area compared to the rest of Pune. We like it here because it’s a bit more private. The clinic is basically a set of rooms where we see people about their skin. It’s not a big hospital or anything like that. We have our equipment and the exam tables, and we keep things clean. Most of the day is spent with patients coming in and out. We talk about their concerns and what we can do to help. It’s very straightforward. There’s a small waiting area with some old magazines. We don't have a massive staff, just a few people to handle the appointments and the front desk. Sometimes we run behind schedule if a consultation takes longer than we expected. We try our best to stay on time, but it doesn't always happen. It’s a calm place to work. We spend a lot of time on our feet. We aren't trying to be a fancy spa; it’s a medical clinic first. We see a lot of regular faces from the neighborhood. It feels like a small community here. We just go through our appointments one by one and make sure the clinic is ready for the next day. It stays fairly busy most afternoons.
