Dr. Dolly Agarwal Homeopathy Health Clinic is sitting right on the Mumbai Pune Road in Lonavala. We are located right besides the Laxmi Kirana Stores, which is a place everyone around here visits for their daily groceries. Being in Lonavala, the weather changes quite a bit, and we see people coming in for all sorts of things depending on the season. The clinic focuses on homeopathy, so you will see lots of those little glass bottles and white sugar pills around the shelves. It is a modest space, not very large, but it serves the local community well. People often stop by after they have finished their shopping at the kirana store. We have a small area where you can sit and wait your turn. The road outside can get quite loud with the traffic going between Mumbai and Pune, but inside we try to keep it settled. We have a desk for the paperwork and a couple of chairs for patients. It is a simple life here, just talking to people about their health and figuring out which remedy might suit them. We don't use a lot of fancy technology or big computers, mostly just handwritten notes and personal conversation. Many of our patients have been coming here for a long time, so we know their families and their stories. It is a practical little clinic that fits right into the neighborhood. We just take care of the people who walk through the door.
