Dnyanada Skills Private Limited

We are based out in Kawathe Yamai, over in Shirur taluka. It’s a bit away from the main Pune city hub, which we actually like. Our place is at house number 1494. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on skills, which can mean a lot of things, but for us, it’s about giving people in the area something useful they can use to get jobs or start something of their own. Being in a smaller place means everyone knows everyone. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us, the locals, trying to make things better. The building is simple and doesn't have any flashy signs. We spend our days talking to people from the nearby villages and figuring out what kind of training they need. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is a bit slow, but we make do with what we have. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to us without an appointment. We don’t believe in having a lot of barriers between us and the people we’re trying to help. It’s hard work, but seeing someone pick up a new skill makes it worth it. We are just a small private limited company trying to do some good work in our corner of Maharashtra. We often sit outside when the weather is nice to discuss our plans for the next training session while having some local snacks.
