Dirghaysha Clinic

Dirghaysha Clinic is tucked away at No. 769-63 in the Deccan Gymkhana area, near the Camp Cantonment. It’s an interesting part of town with a mix of old buildings and new shops. We have been at this location for a good bit of time. The clinic isn't very large, but it serves the people living in the cantonment and the surrounding streets. We handle general health visits and everyday medical stuff. Often, we see the same faces every few months. It feels more like a neighborhood hub than a sterile medical office. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets everywhere. We just have the basics that we need to help the people who walk in. The street can be a bit tricky to navigate if you aren't familiar with the Deccan Gymkhana layout, but once you find us, it’s easy. My staff is small, just a couple of people who have been with me for years. We do our own filing and answer the phones ourselves. There isn't any corporate office telling us what to do. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and get to it. Sometimes we run a little behind schedule because a patient needed more time to talk, and we think that’s okay. It’s just how we run things here at Dirghaysha Clinic. We are part of the daily rhythm of this neighborhood and we enjoy the work we do.
