Diotec Electronics India Private Limited

Working out here at Diotec Electronics India Private Limited in Saswad Village feels a lot different than being in the middle of a big city. We are located at Survey No. 614, Hissa No. 3/9. It is a bit of a drive to get out here to Purandar Taluka, but it’s mostly quiet, which is nice for getting things done. The building is functional and we have what we need. Most of the staff comes in from the nearby areas and we all know the morning routine pretty well by now. The weather out here can get quite hot in the summer months, so we keep the windows shut and the cooling running most of the day. There isn't much around us besides other similar plots and the village houses further down the road. Sometimes we see the local farmers moving their stuff around, which is a reminder of where we are. We have our benches and our testing areas set up inside. It is a lot of practical work and not much sitting around. People think electronics is all clean and shiny, but there is always some dust from the road that finds its way inside. We just wipe it down and carry on with the day’s tasks. It’s a steady pace here. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a group of people working in Saswad. The day ends when the work is finished, and then we make our way back home. It's simple and it works for us.
