Deccan Management Consultant Finishing School

We are tucked away in the Pradish Apartment building, specifically at 5/14 Erandwane. It’s a quiet enough spot, situated right behind the Sweekar Hotel. Most people use the hotel as a landmark when they are coming to see us for the first time. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate office. We have rooms set up for our training sessions where we talk about management and other professional skills. It’s not a place with glass walls or fancy elevators. You just come up the stairs and find us. Erandwane is a nice part of town, and there are plenty of spots nearby to grab a quick snack during breaks. We’ve been operating the finishing school here for some time now. Our desks are usually covered in folders and notes for the students. We don't have any polished slogans or big mission statements printed on the walls. We just focus on the actual work of helping people get ready for their careers. Sometimes the neighbors in the building are moving around, and you can hear the normal sounds of an apartment block. It’s a very practical setup. We prefer it this way because it’s relaxed and nobody feels too much pressure. We just do our consulting and teaching in a way that feels natural. It’s just us doing our jobs in a small corner of the city.
