Dal Al Handasah (Dar Group)

We are located on the second floor of Bhosale Palace, which is in Bhosale Nagar over in Hadapsar. It’s a fairly well-known spot in this part of Pune. We’ve been working out of this 14 number unit for a good while now. Hadapsar has grown so much lately with all the new buildings, but our little corner feels pretty much the same as it always was. The office is straightforward with just enough space for our team and our computer equipment. We deal with engineering and planning stuff, mostly sitting in front of monitors or looking at large maps spread out on the tables. It’s not a flashy lifestyle. We spend a lot of time discussing projects and trying to figure out the best way to move forward with them. The building itself is older, and you usually have to walk up the stairs since the lift is sometimes temperamental or stuck on another floor. We know the other shop owners and office folks in the building. It’s that kind of friendly atmosphere. We aren't interested in sounding like a big, polished corporation even if we are part of a larger group. We just want to do our jobs and get through the week. The desks are covered in pens, half-finished drawings, and rulers. It feels lived-in and busy. That’s how we like it. No pretenses here, just a lot of work and some daily office chatter.
