Cybernetik Technologies Pvt Ltd

We are based out of Unit 1, located on Plot 27, Gat 281/1 in the village of Kasar Amboli. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it gives us the space we need for Cybernetik Technologies Pvt Ltd. We build automation systems and big machinery. The floor is usually covered in steel frames, control panels, and a lot of tools. It’s a noisy environment with the sound of grinding and welding going on all day. We have engineers sitting in the office area and technicians out on the shop floor, and we’re always shouting back and forth to get things sorted. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us. We build everything from scratch, so there’s a lot of trial and error involved. Some days nothing seems to fit right, and we have to go back to the drawing board. It’s frustrating but satisfying when a big machine finally starts moving like it’s supposed to. We eat our lunch together and sometimes play a bit of carrom during the break if we have the time. The village around us is quiet, which is a nice contrast to the chaos inside the factory. We aren't a corporate machine; we’re just a bunch of people who like building complicated stuff. We’ve been at this for years and plan to stay right here because the community is good.
