Cute Kitchen

If you are walking down Shastri Road in Kothrud, you might see our sign for Cute Kitchen. We are right there in the H B Society area. It is a pretty lived-in neighborhood, and we have become part of the furniture here, so to speak. The shop is full of all sorts of kitchen things, from small spoons to bigger pots that take up too much shelf space. We do not have a big fancy display. Things are kind of stacked where they fit. I spend a lot of time rearranging the whisks and the containers because they always seem to get mixed up. The postcode is 41400, if you are looking us up. It is mostly local housewives and people moving into new flats nearby who drop in. They usually want something practical for their daily cooking. We do not do the whole gourmet sales pitch. It is just stuff for your kitchen that works. My cousin helps me out on the busy days, usually on the weekends when people are out shopping. We have a small fan that rattles in the corner, and we keep a stash of biscuits behind the counter for when we get hungry. It is a quiet life for the most part. Sometimes the rain gets quite heavy on the roof, and we just watch the water run down Shastri Road. It is just a simple shop run by regular people who know a bit about kitchenware.
