Culture Beauty Institute

The Culture Beauty Institute is located in the Kothrud Industrial Estate, specifically in Phase 5. It might seem a little strange to have a beauty school right in the middle of an industrial area, surrounded by workshops and small factories, but it actually works out well for us. The space is practical and gives us enough room to set up the different stations needed for training. We have mirrors, chairs, and all the various tools used for hair and skin work laid out in a way that makes sense for learning. It isn't a high-end spa with soft music and scented candles. It’s more of a hands-on workshop where people come to learn the actual skills of the trade. The noise from the industrial estate can be a bit much sometimes, but inside, everyone is usually focused on what they are doing. We spend our days teaching the basics and making sure everyone gets enough practice. The floors are easy to clean, which is good because beauty work can get messy with all the powders and hair. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find out about us because they live nearby in Kothrud or they know someone who came here before. It is a very down-to-earth place where the goal is just to learn a job and get better at it every day.
