Crystal It Solution

We are based in Pune, working out of a small office space that’s mostly just desks and computers. There isn't much to see if you walk in, just a few of us staring at monitors and typing away. We don't have a big storefront on a main road, so we mostly deal with people over the phone or through email. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call. We handle a lot of different IT tasks, from fixing software bugs to helping people set up their networks. It’s not always exciting, and some days are just spent looking for a single mistake in a long line of code. We drink a lot of coffee and tea to stay focused, especially when we have to stay late to finish a project. Pune is a big city for tech, but we’re just a small part of it. We don't have fancy furniture or a break room with a pool table. It’s just a place where work happens. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just sit there waiting for it to come back so we can keep going. We've been doing this for a while now, so we've seen a lot of different problems come our way. We just try to solve them as they appear and move on to the next thing on the list.
