Crystal Infotech

We are located in Kothrud, specifically inside the Lokhandwala Society at number 4. Crystal Infotech is a small setup, mostly just a few of us working on computers and data. We aren't in a big glass building or a tech park. We like being in a residential society because it is a bit more relaxed and we know the neighbors. The office is basically a converted room with plenty of desks and a lot of wires running along the floor. We do a lot of technical work that most people find boring, but we’re used to it by now. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune to be in. We’ve got a couple of small cafes nearby where we grab tea in the afternoons. Sometimes our internet goes down and we all have to take a break until it comes back. It’s just a normal workplace. We don’t have a HR department or a cafeteria. We usually just bring lunch from home and eat at our desks while we talk. People sometimes drop by looking for other numbers in Lokhandwala Society and we end up giving them directions. It is a quiet life for the most part. We handle info-tech stuff for various clients, nothing too flashy. We have been here for several years and do not plan on moving anytime soon. It is a solid little spot for a business like ours. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done one by one.
