If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in Shop No. 6 at Maurya Residency, Phase 1. This is right on Sus Road in the Pashan area of Pune. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming through lately. Cranium Skill Enablers started because we saw a lot of people who had the degrees but didn’t really have the hands-on skills to actually do a job. We don’t have a massive staff, just a small group of us who know a thing or two about training. The shop itself is okay, not huge, but it fits what we need for the daily sessions. Sometimes the local noise from Sus Road gets a bit loud, but we just close the door and get on with it. We handle a lot of different skill sets here. It is mostly about giving people a bit of a boost so they feel ready for work. We don’t do big fancy presentations or use a lot of buzzwords. Usually, we just sit down and show people how things are done. It’s pretty straightforward. Being in Pune means there is always someone looking for a bit of extra help with their career. We try to keep things relaxed because people learn better when they aren't stressed out. It is just a regular local business trying to be useful to the neighborhood and the city.
