The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. It’s a messy job sometimes, especially when we are moving large quantities of liquid or produce around. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us moving pallets or checking the inventory lists. Pune is growing fast and Manjari is changing, but we are just sticking to our routine here in Belhekar Wasti. We focus on the daily tasks of sorting and bottling without making much of a fuss. It’s just regular work for regular people trying to make a living in the food trade.
