Concord Technologies

You’ll find Concord Technologies at 109, Orient Plaza. It’s right on the Pune Solapur Road in the Ramtekdi area of Hadapsar. Being on that main road means we hear the traffic all day long, especially the horns from the buses and trucks. Orient Plaza is a pretty busy building with a lot of different offices. Our space is tucked away on the first floor. It’s a typical office setup—desks, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly focusing on systems and software things for other businesses. It’s not the kind of place where we wear suits or anything. Most of us just come in wearing whatever is comfortable. The commute in Hadapsar can be a real nightmare, so we’re usually a bit grumpy until the first round of tea arrives. We don’t really have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just have a list of things that need to get done by Friday. Sometimes we stay late because a project is stuck, and other times we leave a bit early if the work is finished. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve been here for a few years and we know the tea stall guy and the security guard by name. We just do our bit and try to keep things simple. Usually, we're just trying to get the latest update out without too many bugs.
