We are over in the Bhosari Industrial Area-B, at S/112/10. It’s a typical MIDC spot, lots of small factories and workshops all packed together. Compax is where we put together industrial systems for various uses. It sounds complicated, but mostly it's just mechanical and electrical work. We have some old machines and some newer ones, and we spend our days making sure things fit together like they should. The floor gets dusty and there’s always the smell of oil and metal in the air. We don't really have a big front office; you just walk in and you're pretty much in the middle of where we work. We’ve had some of the same people working here for years now, so we’re like a small family. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and presentations. Usually, someone just comes by with a problem or a drawing, and we see what we can do to build it for them. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. The area around here is always changing, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have on the bench. Sometimes we run out of space when a big project comes in, but we always manage to shuffle things around to make it work. It’s just how things are done in a place like this, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
