We spend a lot of time here at S No 26/A/1 in Kondhwa Budruk. Most days start pretty early before the traffic really picks up on the main roads around here. It gets noisy inside once the machines start running but that is just how it is. Sometimes the rain hits the metal roof so loud you can’t hear yourself talk. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some old mugs. It isn’t fancy at all. The floor usually has some dust or metal shavings on it no matter how much we sweep. People come in and out, asking for parts or checking on their orders. We don't really do the whole big corporate greeting thing. You just find someone at a desk or on the floor. Most of us have been working together for a few years now so we know the routine. The lunch break is usually the quietest time. We sit around and talk about the news or what's happening in the neighborhood. Then it is back to the benches. By the time evening comes, the air gets a bit cooler and we start wrapping things up for the next day. It is a lot of repetitive work but it keeps the lights on. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we just wait it out. It’s a plain place for doing plain work. We don't have a big sign out front that glows, just the address.
