Cm International School

Started out here at the SKP Campus in Balewadi-Baner a few years back. Pune is growing so fast, and this corner of town has changed a lot since we opened our doors at Survey No 4/2/3. Most days, it’s just the usual morning rush of parents dropping off kids before they head to work in the nearby IT parks. It gets pretty noisy when the bells ring, but that’s just how a school is supposed to sound. We aren't doing anything fancy or trying to be something we're not. It’s mostly about making sure the students have a place to sit and learn without too much fuss. The staff here has been together for a while now, so we kind of know how each other works. We see the same faces every day, and after a while, you get to know the families living around Balewadi. It's a decent spot, tucked away from the main traffic but still easy enough to find. Sometimes the rain makes the commute a bit of a mess, but we manage. We just keep things running, check the classrooms, and make sure the gates are closed on time. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on or a desk that needs fixing. It’s practical work. We don't have a big corporate office telling us what to do every minute. It’s just us here on the ground, making sure the day goes okay for the kids and everyone gets home safe.
