Charak Online Clinic

We are located in Shivaji Nagar, inside Shivam Apartments at number 1112. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Rahul Theater. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of energy. Even though we go by the name Charak Online Clinic, we still have this physical base where we handle our operations and talk to people. The apartment is basically our office, filled with desks, computers, and files. It’s not a traditional hospital setting with beds and white halls. Instead, it feels more like a workspace where we manage everything that happens online. We spend a lot of time on the phones and the internet, coordinating with patients who might be far away. Because we are near the theater, there’s always a lot of noise and people moving around outside, which keeps things interesting. The space inside is a bit tight with all the equipment we need, but we make it work. We’ve been in Shivaji Nagar for a while now and we like the location. It’s convenient for the staff to get to, even if parking is sometimes a headache. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a group of us working in a flat, trying to keep the clinic running for everyone who uses our services. Sometimes the internet goes out and we all have to wait around, but that's just how it is here.
