Over in Gultekdi, right across from Tilak Maharastra Vidyapith, is where our college sits. Being the Chandrashekhar Agashe College Of Physical Education, our daily life revolves more around the fields and the gym than just sitting in an office. You can usually hear whistles blowing or the sound of people running outside. Inside the main building, the floors are a bit scuffed from all the sports shoes coming through. We handle the paperwork for the physical education programs, which means a lot of sports schedules and equipment lists are pinned to the walls. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in formal suits. We’re usually in more comfortable gear because that’s just the nature of the work here. The office can get a bit dusty with all the activity, and there’s always someone coming in to borrow a ball or ask about the next track meet. We’ve been here in this part of Pune for years, and the building shows its age in some spots, but it serves its purpose. We don't have any fancy marketing talk to give you. It’s just a place where people come to learn about sports and fitness. We keep the doors open, manage the enrollments, and make sure the equipment is where it’s supposed to be at the end of the day. It’s practical, honest work that keeps us moving.
