Candid Skill Foundation

Candid Skill Foundation is based out in Alandi, which is a bit of a drive from the main Pune city. We are located at S.No. 21/14 and 21/15. It is a 412105 postcode area. The place we work from is simple and functional. We do not have anything that looks like a high-end office. It is more of a workshop feel because of what we do here. People come in to learn various skills, so the rooms are set up with tables and chairs and whatever tools we need. Sometimes the roads around Alandi get crowded during festival times, but most days it is just regular traffic. We have been operating from this spot for a while. Our walls are a bit plain, and the furniture is just standard stuff we bought locally. We do not spend money on things we do not need. Every morning we open up, sweep the floors, and get ready for the day. It is a humble setup, but it works for us and the people who visit. We handle a lot of the paperwork in the small office area at the front. It is usually a bit of a mess with files, but we know where everything is. We just keep pushing forward with our daily tasks. There is no corporate ladder here, just people working together to get things done.
