We have been operating out of 27/2/2 in Kharadi for quite some time now. Being right on the Pune - Nagar Road means there is always noise from the traffic, but we are used to it by now. The workshop isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we put together cabinet systems and work on the controls. Most days start early before the sun gets too high because the heat can be a bit much in the afternoon. We usually have a few projects going at once, so the floor stays pretty cluttered with parts and tools. It is a small team here, so everyone knows what needs doing without much talk. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist to greet people. If you drop by, you will likely find one of us with a wrench or a screwdriver in hand. We’ve kept the business here because it’s a central spot for getting parts delivered. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we are busy, but we always find what we need eventually. It is just a regular local business trying to keep up with orders. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or big meetings. Most of our time goes into the actual work on the floor. It can be tiring, but it keeps us busy and out of trouble. That’s pretty much the daily life here in our corner of Pune.
