The office is in Flat No 38 on the fourth floor of Survey No 21. It’s a busy area of Pune, and there's always something going on outside. We have students and professionals coming in and out all day long for their management and IT related queries. The space isn't huge, but we have enough room for everyone to sit and talk. We have a few computers and some desks set up. It’s not one of those glass-walled corporate offices you see in the IT parks. It feels more like a place where people actually sit down to learn something. The staff here is pretty small. We mostly spend our time updating schedules or helping someone with a registration form. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get their certifications or learn a new skill. It is practical work. We usually have lunch together in the small pantry area and talk about things other than work. It’s a decent place to spend the day.
