Roy Industries

Roy Industries is located over in the Pauana Industrial Complex in MIDC Bhosari. If you know where the B41 block is, that is exactly where you will find our gate. It is a loud place because of all the other factories around us. We are usually busy with whatever job is on the floor that day. The guys start early in the morning to beat the heat, as the shed gets very warm by noon. Bhosari is a long way for some of us to travel, but we have gotten used to the commute over the years. We handle a lot of metal and machine parts here. It is dusty work, and your clothes usually end up stained with oil or grease by the end of the shift. There isn't much to see if you are looking for something pretty. It is just a workspace with a lot of tools and heavy equipment lying around. We take our lunches together under the shade of the small tree outside when we can. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial zone, and we just have to sit and wait it out. It gives us a chance to talk about things other than work for a few minutes. We do not really do much advertising or marketing. People usually find us because they need something specific made or fixed. The rent keeps going up in this part of town, but we manage to stay. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
