Astek

Astek is located on Bhosari Telco Road, right near the Quality Circle and the Hanuman Temple. It is a landmark everyone around here knows. If you get lost, you just look for the temple and you are basically there. We have been in this spot for a while now. The road gets really busy with traffic from the factories nearby. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long. At Astek, we keep our operations pretty lean. We do not have a big sign with lights on it. We just have our name on the gate. The people who work here are mostly from the Pune area. We know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on Telco Road. Inside our facility, things are kept simple. We have the tools we need and a small space for tea breaks. We do not spend time on fancy presentations. Usually, if a customer comes in, we just talk to them directly about what they need. There is no corporate ladder to climb here; we just work together to finish the tasks. Sometimes the power goes out in Bhosari, and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. It is part of the experience of working in an industrial belt. We like the location because it is close to everything we need. Being near the Hanuman Temple also gives the place a nice feel. We just keep doing what we do.
