Bhosale Fresh Chicken Centre

Down here in Sainath Market 110, things are always moving fast. Being in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate means we see a lot of workers and people passing through for their weekly shopping. Bhosale Fresh Chicken Centre is right in the middle of all that noise. It is dusty outside on the main roads, but we stay busy inside our own space. We start very early, usually before the sun is even up, to get everything sorted for the morning rush. Cutting chicken all day takes a toll on your back and your arms, but you get used to it after a few years of doing it. We know most of the people who come in by name now. They do not want anything fancy, just good meat for their families to eat at night. We keep the counters wiped down and the knives as sharp as possible. That is pretty much the whole story of our day. There is not a lot of downtime when the market is full of people. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone trying to get their shopping done at the same time. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders one by one. It is a practical business. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We just provide chicken to the people who live and work around Hadapsar. The shop is small, but it works for what we need. It is a lot of repetitive movement, but that is how you get things done.
