We’re up on the 4th floor of Sp Heights in Kasarwadi. It’s right on the Mumbai Pune Road, so the sound of traffic is pretty constant if you open a window. We’ve got a decent view from up here, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the highway. The office is where we handle the technical side of things for the company. We spend a lot of time on computers, looking at data and answering emails. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the tapping of keyboards. We don't have any flashy signs or a fancy lobby. You just take the elevator up and we’re right there. Sometimes the lift breaks down, and then we all get a bit of exercise on the stairs. The team is small, and we’ve worked together long enough that we don't need many meetings. We just get on with it. There’s a small pantry where we eat lunch and talk about things other than work. It’s a simple setup. We like it because it’s central and easy to get to, even if the road gets jammed during rush hour. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just provide our services and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. It’s a regular office job in a busy part of town. We don't really do the corporate jargon thing; we just talk like normal people do.
