We operate out of Om Shanti Villa, which is located in the Baner area, right near the Orchid School. It’s a convenient spot for us to manage our warehousing operations. The building isn’t a typical warehouse itself, but it’s where we handle all the planning and the logistics side of the business. Most of our day is spent on computers and phones, coordinating where goods are going and how they’re being stored. Since the neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet, it's a nice change from the busy docks or industrial zones where the actual goods are kept. We have a small team working here at the villa. Checking spreadsheets and talking to drivers or clients who need space for their stock is what keeps us busy. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple shipments arrive at once, but we usually figure it out. We’ve been near the school for a while now, and the commute isn't too bad for most of us. Our office is pretty basic, just a place to sit and work without any fancy decorations or corporate stuff. We just try to make sure that the warehouse solutions we provide actually work for the people using them. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps the wheels turning. Finding a parking spot nearby can be a bit of a scramble sometimes.
