Balaji Granite And Marble

We are located at Plot No- 34/16 in the Marble Market, right along the Katraj Bypass Road in Ambegaon Budruk. It’s a busy spot because everyone heading through the bypass sees the stacks of stone outside. At Balaji Granite And Marble, we spend our time surrounded by giant slabs of stone that come from all over. The ground is always white with marble dust, and it gets into your shoes and clothes every single day. We have rows and rows of different granites lined up. People come in with their families, walking through the rows, trying to imagine how a piece of rock will look in their kitchen. It’s a lot of walking back and forth. We use a lot of water to spray down the stones so the colors pop and people can see the real veins in the marble. The trucks coming off the bypass make a lot of noise, and the air is usually thick with the smell of diesel and stone dust. We have a small cabin where we keep the records and sit down for a bit when the sun is too much. Moving these slabs is dangerous work, so we have to be slow and careful with the pulleys. It’s just a regular day of lifting, showing stone, and dealing with the heat of the market. We've been at this spot for quite some time now.
