We are based in the Prabhatara Apartments on Shivajinagar, which is one of those busy parts of Pune that never seems to sleep. Our office occupies units 14 and 15 at 1221 Shivajinagar. It’s an interesting setup because we’re in an apartment building rather than a massive industrial park, even though we’re part of a big name in the auto world. This office is mostly for the administrative and coordination stuff that keeps the wheels turning. You can hear the sounds of the street outside all day long—rickshaws, bikes, and people shouting. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of typing and people discussing logistics. We have been here for years, and the walls are covered with old calendars and some charts about production and sales. It’s a practical space where we don't worry too much about the decor. We just need desks that work and a good internet connection to stay in touch with the factories. Sometimes the canteen downstairs is where we get our best ideas over a plate of poha. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't here to give sales pitches; we're here to make sure the distribution and the paperwork for the vehicles are handled properly so people can get their bikes on time.
