B & R Automation Pvt. Ltd.

Our place, B & R Automation Pvt. Ltd., is at number 8 in Tara Heights. It’s on the Old Bombapune Road in Wakdewadi. Shivaji Nagar is a hectic area to be in, but it’s where everything happens. The building itself is okay, though the elevator can be a bit slow sometimes. We are on the 8th floor. From the window, you can see all the traffic moving toward Pune. We do automation work, which means a lot of technical drawings and looking at screens. It isn't the kind of place with a fancy lobby or free snacks. We just have our desks and a small area to make coffee. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare because of the construction on the main road, but we get used to it. We show up, do the work, and head home. We aren't trying to be some massive tech giant. We just like solving the technical problems that come our way. The office is often filled with the sound of someone typing or the radio playing softly in the background. We have a few plants that have seen better days, but they stay because they’ve been here as long as the desks. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to do a decent job. We don't have any big corporate slogans or mottos. We just handle the projects as they come in and hope for no power cuts.
