Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of noise and dust from the surrounding factories. Our place is basically a workshop with a small corner partitioned off for the office work. We handle automation and control panels. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of wires and testing. We aren't a corporate office with fancy furniture. We have metal workbenches and stools. It’s a practical environment for the kind of stuff we do. The road outside is always packed with trucks and buses, so there is a constant hum of engines. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to handle social media. We just do the work and wait for the next call to come in. Most of our customers are other businesses in the same industrial area. We’ve been here for a long time, and we know most of the neighbors. It’s a tough, busy place to work, but it’s what we are used to. We don't have any big plans to expand or move to a glass building. We are content with the way things are going here in Bhosari. We just focus on fixing the systems that come our way and getting through the day without too much trouble.
