Our place is over at Plot No 41 in Pendse Colony. It’s right near the Shinde Petrol Pump in Kiwale, which makes it easy to find if you know the area. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Vikas Nagar for some time now. Inside, it’s mostly filled with control panels, sensors, and a lot of wiring that we’re constantly tinkering with. The atmosphere isn't like those big glass office buildings you see in the city center. It’s a bit more hands-on and practical. We spend most of our day sitting at workbenches, looking at schematics or testing out a new setup for a client. Sometimes the workshop gets a bit cramped when a big project comes in, but we make it work. The Pune weather usually keeps things quite warm, so we’ve got some big fans running most of the time. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing here. Everyone just chips in where they’re needed, whether that’s soldering a connection or loading a crate onto a tempo. Lunch is usually a quick affair at the desks or someone brings in something to share. Being near the petrol pump means there’s always a bit of traffic noise, but you get used to it. It’s a decent spot for the work we do, and we’re quite comfortable in this corner of Kiwale. We just keep our heads down and handle the automation jobs as they come in.
