Our office is tucked away on the third floor of Varsha Avenue. It’s located at 302/104 along Mogra Lane Road in Aundh. It’s a decent area, though finding a parking spot on the lane can be a bit of a headache if you arrive at the wrong time. Aurum Vatika Developers is basically just a small group of us sitting around desks with stacks of blueprints and files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office is often quieter than you'd expect. The lift in the building is a bit slow, but it works fine. We’ve been in Aundh for a good while now and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It's got plenty of trees and nice cafes nearby for lunch. Inside the office, it's pretty basic—just some chairs, a water dispenser, and a lot of maps on the walls. We don't really do the whole high-pressure sales thing. We just talk to people about what they need and see if we can make it work. It's practical work. Most of our days are spent checking permits or talking to contractors. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. If you're coming to see us, just look for Varsha Avenue and head up to the third floor. We’re usually around unless we’re all out at a project site somewhere.
