This nursing and training center is tucked away in Keshavnagar, specifically at the address of Nankumar Digambar Joshi. It’s in the S. No. 5 area, near the old grampanchayat office. It feels more like a community spot than a big institution. We have some basic rooms set up for the nursing students to practice their skills. There isn’t a whole lot of flash here; it’s mostly just whiteboards, some medical charts on the walls, and the sound of people talking through procedures. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main city center, which is nice for the students who need to focus. We spend our days making sure the equipment is clean and the schedules are set. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a new batch of trainees coming in, but we sort it out eventually. Most of the staff here have spent years in hospitals before deciding to help out with the training side of things. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. We’re just a group of people in Pune trying to pass on what we know about nursing. It’s a humble place, but we keep busy enough. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything running smoothly every day.
